Eligibility

You can submit a .com if you can add a DNS TXT record for it and you are authorized to sell it. Names that are already unavailable are declined without a further explanation. This form does not accept a name that has already sold elsewhere.

Commission

A completed sale pays 5%, deducted from the seller's proceeds. On a $2,000 sale, the commission is $100 and the seller's proceeds are $1,900. That is an illustration, not a listing.

Founding sellers

A seller whose first listing is submitted on or before January 31, 2027 (America/New_York) pays 0% on sales completed within 6 months of that listing's approval date, then 5%. A seller whose first listing is submitted after that date pays 5%. The 0% window does not start until that first listing is approved. Eligibility follows the submission date. There is no checkbox, and saving a draft does not submit the listing.

Review

The status after a complete submission is Pending review. Nobody is published automatically.

Ownership verification

When the listing is Pending verification, add the TXT value from your confirmation at the domain apex. We look up that TXT record over DNS. A match is recorded and the status stays Pending verification until an admin moves it. A match does not publish the name.

Pricing and offers

You set the asking price. If you offer rent-to-own, you also set the 24-month monthly price. The rent-to-own buyer fee is 0%. Other term lengths use the same rounding as the rest of the site. This form does not set a private minimum offer. Buyer offers on a published name are still requests, not payments.

Transfers and payouts

The payout target is within 5 business days after the buyer's payment clears and the registrar transfer is confirmed. This is a target, not a guarantee. The registrar transfer steps are not defined. The payout method is not defined. This site does not offer escrow, insurance, or a transfer guarantee. Card checkout is not open.

Sold elsewhere

If the name sells somewhere else, do not leave it listed here. Tell us through the contact form. An admin can mark a published listing Sold, Suspended, or Removed. A removed name can be submitted again. A sold or suspended name stays unavailable.
