This is the support form. It sends a contact request through the same inquiry pipeline as the other forms. A person replies to the email you enter. There is no phone line and no office address.
Before you write
- A purchase or offer that has not moved: start from the name page. The form there is a request, not a charge.
- Listing a name you control: use Sell. Submitting does not publish it.
- How a name moves: read Transfers. The registrar steps are not defined. The payout target is within 5 business days after the buyer's payment clears and the registrar transfer is confirmed. That timing is a target, not a guarantee.
- A disagreement: read Disputes. That page is a draft. This form is the only path today.
