Dispute resolution
Updated for this draft: 22 October 2026. Status: not approved by counsel. No office, team, address, or sales count is stated here.
Who does what
- Buyer. The person who asks to buy a listed name, make an offer, or start a rent-to-own plan.
- Seller. The person who controls a name and asks to list it, or the party that controls one of the catalog names.
- Marketplace. Sleekdomains. We show the names and take requests. We do not charge a card, hold the purchase money, or register the name.
- Registrar. The company where the name is registered. The registrar is the one that can move a name between accounts. Sleekdomains is not the registrar.
- Escrow provider. A separate company that can hold funds during a sale. Escrow.com is the provider we researched. It is not connected. This site does not offer escrow, insurance, or a transfer guarantee.
No process is defined yet
This version has no dispute venue, deadline, filing method, or escrow desk. Nothing on this page assigns rights among the buyer, the seller, the marketplace, the registrar, or an escrow provider. Escrow.com is not connected, so it is not available here as a dispute forum.
How to reach the marketplace now
Use the contact form and choose “A dispute”. A person replies by email. That reply is support. It is not a dispute decision and not a legal determination.
