Updated for this draft: 22 October 2026. Status: not approved by counsel. No office, team, address, or sales count is stated here.
Who this describes
The marketplace is Sleekdomains. This draft describes what this version of the site does with form data. It does not name a separate privacy officer, office, or postal address, because none is published.
What a form can collect
- Your name and email address
- A domain name
- An asking price, offer amount, or rent-to-own term
- A category, description, and listing options if you are requesting a seller listing
- A message you choose to write
- The topic you choose on the contact form
A hidden company field is there to catch automated spam. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded. Card numbers are rejected and are not stored. Do not put a card number in a message.
Where a submission goes
A valid inquiry is written to the server log and, when the disk allows it, to a local log. If an inquiry webhook is configured, the same submission is sent there, with a notification email address if one is configured. This app does not send mail by itself.
Seller listings and purchase requests can also be stored in Vercel KV when those credentials are set. If they are not set, the record stays with the server process that accepted it and in the file fallback when that disk is writable. Private minimum prices are not included in stored submissions, page HTML, or API responses.
Saved names in the browser stay in that browser's local storage. They are not sent to the marketplace. A DNS TXT lookup reads a public DNS record for a domain you asked to list. It does not read the contents of a website.
Activity counts
The site can record a first-party count when a search is submitted, a listing is opened, a name is saved on this device, or a buy, offer, or rent-to-own option is selected. Those counts store the domain name and a result count. They do not store your name, email, or message. If the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, those page counts are skipped. There is no analytics cookie and no third-party analytics script.
A purchase request, an offer, a rent-to-own request, a seller draft, a seller review, a published listing, an escrow start, and a listing marked sold are counted from the server after that action succeeds. Those counts still omit the name and email. Marking a listing sold is the only completed sale. Commission in the admin report uses that sale alone. Localhost and preview deployments are labeled test and are not included in realized commission.
What this version does not do
There are no accounts and no advertising cookies. The site does not sell form data. Retention, access requests, and any later payment or escrow processor are not defined. Those sections are pending legal review. Questions go through the contact form, topic “Privacy”.
